Educators and Students

As an educator, Dr. Tulenko knows how valuable books and the stories they tell can be in helping students grasp amorphous concepts as well as serving as a hook to remember specific principles. Insourced is relevant to a wide variety of fields including:

• Business: labor costs, links to supply of labor, worker productivity
• Economics: addressing unemployment, labor markets, incentives
• Ethics
• International Development: effects on developing countries
• Law: violations of domestic and foreign labor law
• Medicine
• Minority, African American, and Latino Studies: barriers to higher education and barriers to accessing high quality health care
• Political Science: political decision making and accountability
• Public Health

Use the Educational Guide to help lead discussions with students and structure homework assignments. We’re working to expand and improve the Educational Guide.–If you use Insourced in teaching, please send feedback and photos to Dr. Tulenko at ktulenko@intrahealth.org.
